Ingredients
250g paneer, cut into cubes
2 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1-inch ginger, grated
2 green chilies, chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp chili sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Spring onions for garnish
Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the paneer cubes with cornflour, all-purpose flour, salt, and pepper. Ensure that the paneer is well coated.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer cubes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add a little more oil and sauté the garlic, ginger, and green chilies until fragrant.
